FAST NY is a program from Empire State Development that provides up to $400 million in grants to prepare and develop sites across New York to accelerate shovel-readiness and attract large employers, including high-tech and semiconductor manufacturing and logistics. It offers three tracks: Track A FAST NY Shovel-Ready Certification (a no-cost designation for major permitting readiness), Track B FAST NY Pre-Development Grants (up to $500,000 per site for planning and reviews), and Track C FAST NY Infrastructure Improvements (capital grants for site infrastructure).
