What AI says about Global Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (GYEC)

GYEC is an online 12-hour competition for high school students worldwide to develop and pitch science- and technology-based, sustainable business ideas addressing global issues. Teams of 3–8 students aged 14–18 compete in online Preliminary (April 12, 2025) and Final (May 17, 2025) rounds, submitting a two-page document and a three-minute video in English within 12 hours; entries are judged on creativity/innovation, finance/production, marketing, and communication, with applications due March 21, 2025 (Japan Time). Winners receive a trophy and certificate of achievement, and all participants receive a certificate of participation and feedback, with the event organized by the GYEC Steering Committee (Center of Entrepreneurship Development).
