How AI describes Harvard Environmental Justice Tracker

Harvard Law School’s Environmental & Energy Law Program runs the Environmental Justice Tracker, which monitors federal regulations, policies, and other federal actions that affect communities’ exposure to environmental pollution, including air and water standards, worker protections, and enforcement priorities. It also tracks actions impacting community participation in decisions, such as changes to agency structure and public-comment opportunities. The tracker excludes federal funding, legislation, or actions specific to a single state, tribe, or territory, and provides filters by agency, authority, statute, action type, and theme.
