DE Thrives is a Delaware-based hub that helps residents make healthier choices by connecting them to programs, resources, and social networks across life stages, from pregnancy to parenting and beyond. It operates in partnership with the Delaware Healthy Mother & Infant Consortium (DHMIC) and the Delaware Division of Public Health to coordinate maternal, infant, and child health initiatives, including mental health support for youth through DCPAP. The site also provides free outreach materials for communities and providers and invites partnerships with health providers and community organizations.
