ReReVST is a zero-shot video style transfer framework that achieves temporally consistent stylization by relaxing the style loss and applying regularization to be robust to motion. It uses a decorator block for inter-channel feature adjustment and a Filter Predictor sub-network to predict stylizing filters, all within an encoder–decoder architecture with residual learning and dimensionality reduction. Code is available on GitHub, and the method demonstrates superior temporal consistency and visual quality compared with state-of-the-art video style transfer methods.
