What AI says about Integrated Case Management System (ICMS)

Professional Online Testing Solutions, Inc. offers an Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) for probation departments, a full-featured caseload tracking and information management system with modules for intake, assessment, classification, referral, court data, probation violations, warrants, victim restitution, officer alerts, discharges, and more, designed to automate supervisory duties when used with an Online-Testing account. ICMS was designed by a retired Deputy Probation Administrator for usability and accurate data entry, and it is complemented by evidence-based, peer-reviewed assessments from Online-Testing with reliability and validity supported by Behavior Data Systems research. Training and support are provided at no cost to ICMS clients, with onsite options for larger groups, and BDS's ICMS is provided free to Online-Testing customers who regularly use Online-Testing assessments; additional contact details are available on the site.
