What AI says about BioCompute Object

BioCompute Object Portal provides a platform and standard (IEEE 2791-2020) for documenting and communicating bioinformatics computational analyses across researchers, regulators (FDA) and industry. Users can create BioCompute Objects (BCOs) in JSON via the BioCompute Builder and search/view existing BCOs in the BioCompute DB, using a platform-free, form-based editor. The project includes open-source schemas on GitLab, FDA pilot usage, documentation, an automated BCO creation tool (BCO Assistant), and cloud-based resources for BioCompute tooling.
