What AI says about Architectural Design

Architectural Design (AD) is a long-running publication and forum for architectural discourse, publishing themed issues and hosting emerging ideas, critical voices, and experimental practices since 1930. It examines theory, practice, and culture in architecture through critical reflection, dialogue, and action, with issues curated by the AD team and guest editors. Beginning in 2026, AD is redesigning its format while continuing its tradition of global architectural culture coverage, offering subscriptions and preorders for volumes from its New York-based office at 235 Bowery.
