What AI says about Construct 365 Advanced Labor

Construct 365 Advanced Labor for ADP Workforce Now is a SIS LLC solution sold via the ADP Marketplace that automates union and certified payroll processing and reporting and connects to any ERP via open APIs or Excel uploads. It automatically stores union information and uses timesheets to assign the correct unions, job classifications, payroll tax regions, and workers’ comp codes, enabling real-time labor cost visibility and quicker job costing. The service reduces HR/payroll manual maintenance of union data and feeds labor data directly into payroll and job costing, with third-party implementation independent of ADP.
