How AI describes AORTA

AORTA is a worker-owned cooperative of facilitators, coaches, and consultants devoted to movements for liberation, providing facilitation, coaching, and process design to support groups and organizations. It offers trainings and programs for both groups and individuals, including Facilitate for Freedom, a crash course on facilitating decision making, Open Studios, and the Tidelines coaching cohort, all focused on shared leadership, democratic practice, and strategic skills. Working with movement organizations across racial, gender, economic, environmental justice, and anti-capitalist causes, AORTA guides governance, decision making, and organizational transitions, aiming to move power toward solidarity economies and away from the nonprofit industrial complex.
