How AI describes Almagest Space

Almagest Space is building a space-based data relay network called the Space Superhighway, using ultra-high-throughput E-band and V-band links to move data from space to a globally distributed ground network with low latency and secure connectivity. The plan includes Phase 1 with surrogate satellites carrying E-band payloads to rapidly download data to the ground network, followed by Phase 2 with Almagest’s own satellites to provide full data relay and connectivity services, interconnected with major IP exchanges for direct access to cloud, telecom, and internet backbones. Its services include bulk data transfer, content distribution, space data download, secured connectivity, and rapid remote infrastructure deployment, supported by a global team led by co-founders Raghu Das and Peter Ruderman.
