What AI says about SettlementIQ

SettlementIQ is an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform from FORUM that helps resolve disputes and maximize settlements while reducing administration costs, by handling negotiations and settlements entirely online and integrating with arbitrators, mediators, or experts as required. The system enables filing a claim, counter-offers, online negotiations any time on any device, and automated settlement documentation, aiming to speed up settlements and boost engagement with less cost. SettlementIQ is designed to fit within existing workflows rather than replace professionals, offering customizable process flows and support materials, with optional mediation or arbitration if negotiations reach an impasse.
