What AI says about AD Knowledge Portal

The AD Knowledge Portal is a Sage Bionetworks-hosted repository that hosts and shares Alzheimer's disease data, analyses, and tools to support AD research. It enables discovery and download of datasets and resources from NIA AMP-AD programs, including harmonized whole-genome sequencing and RNA-seq data from ROSMAP, MSBB, MayoRNAseq, and related studies. It also provides ecosystem resources and programs (e.g., AlzPED, Agora) and supports community data contribution to accelerate Alzheimer’s disease drug discovery and mechanistic understanding.
