Einstein Copilot in AI answers

Salesforce announced the general availability of Einstein Copilot, its conversational AI assistant for CRM. Grounded in an organization’s private data and metadata, Copilot uses pre-programmed Copilot Actions to answer questions and automate sales workflows in Sales Cloud without retraining a large language model. New capabilities include Close Plans, Forecast Guidance, Call Explorer (RAG), and Follow-Up Emails to boost seller productivity, plus Copilot Analytics to monitor usage, with Einstein Copilot accessible across Sales Cloud Everywhere.
