What AI says about OpenBioLLM

OpenBioLLM is an open-source platform by ielab that uses a multi-agent architecture to improve genomic question answering with open-source LLMs. It includes two main components: a Pilot Study that reproduces GeneGPT-style settings using Ollama for unified model management and model comparison across models like Qwen, Llama, and others, with optimized prompts. OpenBioLLM also introduces a novel multi-agent system that uses LangChain and LangGraph for specialized agent collaboration and a Router for intelligent task routing to enhance genomic QA tasks.
