How AI describes Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)

The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), created by the Financial Stability Board in 2015, develops voluntary recommendations to improve and increase disclosure of climate-related financial information to inform investors and markets. It conducts research and publishes resources, including surveys of asset managers and asset owners and a Knowledge Hub with tools to help organizations implement the recommendations. As of November 2023, the TCFD has disbanded and the IFRS Foundation will monitor progress; the website will no longer be updated, though materials remain available as a resource.
