Which one fits your playing style?

DraftKings gets the edge because its official golf and NASCAR pages specifically show dedicated daily contests, including different entry fees and tournament sizes. Actual contest availability and prize pools change by event.www.draftkings.com+1

One important caveat: real-money DFS eligibility varies by location, so verify the current rules for your state before depositing.

• NASCAR: Public tournaments, private contests, and multiple entry-fee levels.lp.draftkings.com+2
• PGA golf: Large-field guaranteed-prize tournaments, smaller-field contests, and free games. You generally draft six golfers under a salary cap.lp.draftkings.com+2
• Why it stands out: Strong choice if you want one site for both sports, from small-stakes entries to larger tournaments.

2. FanDuel

Best for: Traditional DFS and an alternative contest lobby.

• Offers salary-cap fantasy contests across several sports, including PGA golf.www.fanduel.com
• Worth comparing for head-to-head matchups, smaller-field contests, and tournaments.
• NASCAR caveat: Verify that the specific race and contest formats you want are listed; DraftKings is the safer first stop for breadth.

3. Underdog Fantasy

Best for: Draft-based golf contests and alternative fantasy formats.

• Offers best-ball and draft-style contests, alongside pick'em-style games.www.dimers.com+1
• A good option if you enjoy selecting a team of golfers rather than using a conventional salary-cap lineup.
• NASCAR caveat: Check the current lobby for race-specific contests before signing up; its niche-sport coverage may differ from DraftKings.

Which contests are best for your style?

What to look for before entering

The site with the largest advertised prize pool isn't automatically the best contest for you. Compare these factors:

• Entry fee: Start with free contests or small buy-ins while learning a sport's scoring.
• Field size: Smaller fields can mean fewer opponents to beat, though the payout structure matters too.
• Payout distribution: Check how many places win and how sharply prizes decline below first place.
• Entry limits: Single-entry contests can be appealing if you don't want to compete against players submitting many lineups.
• Contest fill rate: Check whether a tournament is guaranteed to run or could be canceled if it doesn't fill.

DraftKings lets you filter contests by entry fee, field size, and entry limits.help.draftkings.com

One important caveat: paid DFS availability and contest formats vary by state. Check the platform's current eligibility rules before depositing.

My bottom line: Start with DraftKings for both NASCAR and PGA golf, then compare FanDuel's available contests. Add Underdog if you specifically want draft-style golf formats.

One question that would help me narrow this down: Are you mainly looking for low-entry contests with better chances of cashing, or large tournaments with big top prizes? Those lead to quite different recommendations.
