1. Deploy the canary

Unhealthy

• If you run Kubernetes and want open source: Start with Argo Rollouts.
• If you want a simpler Kubernetes-native controller: Evaluate Flagger.

One important safeguard: don't let an AI model be the only authority for production traffic decisions. Use explicit error-rate and latency limits, minimum sample sizes, sustained evaluation windows, automatic rollback, and a manual override. AI can help detect unfamiliar regressions, but deterministic guardrails make the rollout more predictable.
