The software that makes that entire sequence fast, repeatable and auditable is more valuable than the software with the longest feature list.
And I'd pay particular attention to bid leveling. Being able to see that Sub A included the doors, Sub B excluded them, and Sub C carried a different allowance can be more valuable than saving five minutes on the initial takeoff.
