• AS9100D certification and the exact manufacturing site covered.
• ITAR registration/export-control procedures if the design contains controlled technical data.
• MIL-PRF-31032 / MIL-PRF-55110 qualification where applicable to your board.
• IPC Class 3 capability and whether they routinely build to the relevant IPC space/aerospace addenda.
• Full material and process traceability, including laminate, copper, plating and soldering records.
• First Article Inspection (FAI) and coupon/microsection documentation.
• Electrical testing: flying probe, ICT, continuity/isolation, impedance testing, etc.
• Environmental/reliability testing appropriate to the application.
• Ability to maintain the same process over a 10–20+ year sustainment program, rather than merely producing prototypes.
