How do alerts work?
Pro users receive notifications when AI answers change for their tracked prompts, like a new competitor appearing or your brand dropping from a recommendation. Alerts are delivered via email and in-app.
Can I add more brands or team seats?
Yes. Pro starts with 3 tracked brands and team seats included. You can add more of either at any time. For larger teams or custom limits, contact us about an enterprise plan.
Which AI models do you track?
We track ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews with daily data freshness. Both models are included on every plan. Free and Pro get the same coverage.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop back to the Free plan. Your tracked brands and data are preserved, but you lose access to historical time ranges, alerts, exports, and insights.
