Open Water Swim AcademyThe Open Water Swim Academy (OWSA) offers coaching and mentoring for open water swimmers of all ages and skill levels, focusing on technical, environmental, mental, and physical preparation. They build community through events like Swim Across America fundraisers and provide on-the-water support—kayakers, crews, and observers—for major swims such as Catalina and Santa Barbara Channels. Led by marathon swimmer Dan Simonelli, the program leverages his experience to guide swimmers, crews, and mentors toward success in open water challenges.
