Neighborly RideshareNeighborly Rideshare is a software-driven platform that connects riders with qualified independent drivers to provide on-demand, scheduled, weekly, and accessibility-focused rides in Bloomington-Normal Illinois and nearby towns. The company does not operate its own vehicles; instead it matches riders with drivers through an appointment-based system and uses a time-based pricing model with electronic payments (cash tips allowed). The service area is limited to Bloomington-Normal and the listed surrounding towns, with trips outside these areas not currently supported, though drivers may accept requests to nearby locations.
